we get ready for

“Breakaway 2019: The Lost
Treasure” at Bayside

Adventure. We would like
to take this time to share

some important
information with you that

will help make your
Breakaway experience the

best it can be.

Thank you so much for
allowing us the privilege of
sharing this week with your
child(ren). You have all been
in our prayers for months and
can’t wait to see all that God

has in store!

Breakaway
Important
Information

check-in DROP-OFF

Arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign in
with their small group leaders.
Please see email for your child's small
Group area and number. Please see the
attached map to locate your child's small
Group Area. This will be their group and
drop off location for the rest of the week
Take your child to the bathroom before
check-in.

check-out PICK-UP

Check out for ALL children will be in the MAIN
WORSHIP CENTER this year.
You will receive a security card that matches
your child's shirt with your child's assignment
number first day of camp at drop off.
Children will only be allowed to leave campus
with an adult carrying the security card that
matches the number on the child's shirt.
These cards are your access to our campus
during the week of Breakaway
Please make sure your child wears their
Breakaway shirts EVERYDAY. Campers shirts
must be worn at all times to be on campus.

parking REFERENCE CAMPUS MAP

Please see attached map for information
on entrance and where to park. There are
two entrances to camp. Feel free to park
near your child's small group area.
Volunteers: Please park where labeled on
map.

Food SNACKS/ALLERGIES

Please see attached Snack list. Bring an
alternative snack if your child has any food
allergies.
Please check the info table/registration room for
the most current snack menu. If due to allergies,
your child cannot eat the snack provided for the
day, please bring an alternative snack (parents are
responsible to give the alternative snack to the
small group leader at the time of check-in).
If a child needs an Epi-Pen, this should be given to
small group leader at check-in.
The leader will carry it with them wherever they
go and call First Aid to administer it if needed.
Please leave your furry live pets at home as they
can make some our campers nervous!

clothing COME PREPARED

Children must wear their camp
shirt EVERYDAY for security
purposes.
Child may wear modest swimsuit
under their clothes.
Child must wear closed-toed
shoes.
Dress them in clothes that can
get dirty!
Please make sure to apply
sunscreen on your child.
Volunteers cannot apply
sunscreen.
