คำนำ

ชุดกิจกรรมฝึกทักษะภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสาร เรื่อง Food and fashion นี้จัดทําขึ้นเพื่อ
ประกอบแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ 1 หน่วยการเรียนรู้ที่ 8 เรื่อง Food and fashion โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ที่
สําคัญคือเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน รายวิชา อ22102 ภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐาน ซึ่งผู้จัดทําพยายาม
ออกแบบการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เน้นให้ผู้เรียนสามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในชีวิตประจําวัน ในการ
ศึกษาต่อในระดับที่สูงขึ้น และ ในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต ซึ่งผู้เรียนสามารถเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองโดย
การศึกษาเอกสารประกอบการเรียนรู้และปฏิบัติตาม“คําชี้แจงการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมฝึกทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ
เพื่อ การสื่อสาร” ที่ได้แนะนําไว้ แล้วทํากิจกรรมตามลําดับขั้นตอน ปฏิบัติตามโบกิจกรรมและโบ งาน
ซึ่งได้บูรณาการทักษะการฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน และใช้สื่อประกอบ หรือศึกษาร่วมกับ ครูผู้สอนการใช้ชุด
กิจกรรมฝึกทักษะภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารนี้ผู้สอนหรือครูที่ทําหน้าที่ให้ คําปรึกษาควรให้คําแนะนํา
และติดตามประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน หรือสามารถใช้ชุด กิจกรรมฝึกทักษะภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อ
การสื่อสารนี้เป็นสื่อเสริมการสอนภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานได้ ตามความเหมาะสม

ผู้จัดทำหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าชุดกิจกรรมฝึกทักษะภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารสําหรับนักเรียนชั้น
มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 นี้ ซึ่งให้ความรู้ทั้งด้านภาษา และวัฒนธรรม จะก่อให้เกิดการ พัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียน
ได้เต็มตามศักยภาพโดยแท้จริง ทําให้ผู้เรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน สูงขึ้นและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อครูผู้
สอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษตามสมควร
