Established in the year 1966 by Net Ram Chandrawali

Devi Jindal Charitable Trust, N.C. Jindal Public School

Supporting Documents required for Admission in Pre-School

1. Age limit to apply for admission is minimum 3 years and less than 4
years as on 31 March 2023.

2. Self-attested photocopies of the following documents to be attached at the
time of admission: -

i.Date of Birth Certificate of the Child from the Municipal Corporation.
ii.Medical Fitness Certificate of the Child from a qualified Medical practitioner

not less than MBBS, (preferably from Govt. Hospital) in original.
iii.Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of the Child.

iv. Proof of Residence: Documents valid as proof of address of parent/child as per
circular No. F.DE.15(172)/PSB/2016/ 9483-9492 dated 11.11.2022 issued from
the Directorate of Education Private School Branch are as follows: -

v. Ration Card/ Smart Card issued in the name of Mother/Father (having name
of the child).
i.Domicile certificate of the child or of his/her parents.
ii. Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
iii. Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Passport in the name of any of the
parents or child.
iv. Aadhaar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.

vi. Proof of sibling (real brother/sister), if studying in this school (Photocopy of
the current year i.e. 2022-23, Fee Receipt, School ID Card, Half Yearly Exam
Mark Sheet of the student).

vii. Proof of Alumni (Copy of Class X/XII passing certificate or proof of having
studied at least for continuous 5 years.)

viii. Single child/First child must submit an affidavit to this effect.
ix. Latest Passport Size Photograph (two each) of the Candidate, Mother and

Father (Guardian when the parents are out stationed).
x. Blood Group Report.
xi. Caste Certificate (if applicable).
