Multiple-tier Timelines

Multiple-tier timelines use two or more rows of events.
While each row represents a different subject, the time
period is the same.

Multiple-tier timelines can be used to help us look at
cause and effect relationships or patterns and themes
among events in a specific period of time.

We will be using a multi-tier timeline to show the rise
and fall of four early civilizations in the Americas: The
Mississippian, Inca, Maya, and Aztec and look for
RELATIONSHIPS between the dates.

Their government is very interesting. The
people bealived that the leaders had connections to
the gods like a special realations to them. This was
a bg reaosn why the people worshiped the sun
god.

Lastly mississpians produced alot of things
such as beans, squash, and pumpkins. They also
fished and hunted for food. They did alot these
things sence they where connected to the sun they
loved the enviiorment and where good whith their
surroundings.

The Maya

The Mayans were people that believed a lot in their
gods. They always thought that the king had
special relations with their gods. Also, that
superhuman abilities were granted to them. The
Mayan people was a very strong society and is the
longest lasting Native American tribes.

The Mayans relations with their environment
was very positive. They used their environment
100% till it was gone and there wasn't any more.
For example farmers had a lot of land and needed
to move at times to produce more crops. Same with
breeding. Dogs were breeded and then used as
food. But sometimes the dogs got sick. Than they
had to find some other dogs to breed for them to
eat. Finally the Mayans used their environment to
the max went it came to craftsmanship. They had
to cut trees and logs for weapons and inventions to
help their civilization. Also they needed to make
baskets,shields,artwork,and fire for sacrfices. And
that is the story of the Mayan.

The approximate longitude is 105N
degrees while the approximate
latitude is 95W degrees. It is close to
mexico and west of Belize.

The weather is most likely hot
considering that they are on very

humid. This makes them very hot and
very dehydrated.

This would affect their clothes that
they wear and what they hunt so they
have certain clothes.
