Penn Wood Highlights
A Quality Educator
A quality educator is not only knowledgeable in his subject
area but also able to reach students. Doing this requires
keeping the students engaged with a variety of lesson
plans. It also requires the teacher to establish a relationship
with students that includes communication, honesty, and
trust. Communication also extends to administration and to
parents. The educator knows that the parents, students and
teacher all form a team with a common goal. Finally, a
quality educator possesses classroom management skills
so the students are free to learn without distractions.
Classroom management also includes giving students a safe
and friendly environment to express themselves.

Volunteer Work
Our family runs a charitable foundation called “Love Thy

2013 to raise money for the foundation.
