Extreme Weather Policy

During regular business hours, the Country Hills Community Centre is a warming and cooling centre.
If extreme weather causes the centre to be closed, programs will be cancelled. A school closure will not determine
cancelation of CHRA programs. Check your local radio stations and visit www.kitchener.ca for updates. Refunds will

not be given in the event of weather cancellations.

Refund Policy

1. 100% refund will be given if you withdraw from a program more than 7 days before the first day of the program.
2. NO REFUND will be given if a request to withdraw is made less than 7 days prior to the first day of the program.

NSF Cheques

A $35.00 administration fee for bank charges must be paid by the participant. Payment must be made by cash,
debit or credit card immediately in order to continue in the program.

Program Information

• Your privacy is important to us. CHRA is committed to ensuring the confidentiality and proper use of any personal
information you provide.

• Programs may be subject to change or cancelation if registration is inadequate.
• Participants must wait outside the gym or program room until their program begins.
• For CHRRA participants’ safety, program quality and liability purposes, only registered participants are permitted in

the gym and program rooms during program time. All others are asked to wait in the lobby or outside the facility.
• White-soled, non marking shoes required in the gym and street shoes are NOT permitted in the Dance Room.
• The CHRA reserves the right to remove any participant for inappropriate behaviour without a refund.
