Definition of Satisfaction
Many knowledgeable people have mentioned theories related to satisfaction as follows.

Kochakorn Pao Suwan and the team (2007) have mentioned the meaning of
satisfaction Submissions that should meet the requirements. Satisfaction is a product of
another form of expression of a person's attitude. Which is a biased feeling of our
human experience, which may be more or less And is the feeling of something This is
going to be both positive and negative. But when you get that Can meet the needs Or
to achieve the goal Will create a positive feeling It's a very satisfying feeling. But on the
other hand If it creates a feeling of disappointment Will cause negative feelings Is a
feeling of dissatisfaction

Uthaiipan Sudjai (2545) said satisfaction that It is a feeling of love, pleasure, and
willingness. Or having a good attitude of a person towards something Satisfaction arises
when it comes to meeting both material and psychological needs. Satisfaction is about a

person's emotions and perceptions as a result of stimuli and incentives. It may be in a
valuation. That feelings or attitude towards Those things Is negative or positive

From the opinion of the scholars, it can be concluded that satisfaction is an abstract
attitude. Unable to see the shape It's a personal feeling that is happy when it comes to
reciprocation. Their needs for the things that are missing And it is what determines the behavior
in a person's expression that affects their choice to act.
In that activity, satisfaction brings comfort. Or fulfilling desires brings happiness Including various
related environments As a factor to create satisfaction or dissatisfaction

The importan
From the study, it was found that the importance of satisfaction was as follows:ce of

satisfaction

Pawadee Dulayachinda (1997, pp. 530-531) discussed the importance of satisfaction.

In performing the tasks as follows

of quality. Operational satisfaction thus enhancing quality

2. Operational satisfaction helps prevent job separation, that is, in work, interpersonal
conflicts are always possible. It is the happiness of the person who results from
the performance. And get the return is The result is the satisfaction that gives the
person a feeling of enthusiasm. Are committed to work

Saroj occult sombat (2000, p. 15) Satisfaction is one of the important factors that helps
Success Especially if it is a service-related job. In addition to the management to perform For
the users to use the service to be satisfied as well Because the progress of service work has the
first important factor that is an indicator of The number of people who come to use the service
A smart service provider deserves to be studied. To deepen the factors and elements Which
resulted in satisfaction for both operators and service users To provide a guideline for
organizational management for efficiency and maximum benefit.

So it can be concluded that Satisfaction is important to a person. To work and work is one of
the most important things to a person, including being happy, motivating and encouraging. Have
confidence in oneself and others The second is important to the work, including the success of
the work. Resulting in cooperation and cooperation in the performance of the work system And
the third Important to the agency, including making the agency Has a good atmosphere Make
the agency have a good image And make the agency have love, unity and strength That drives
the organization to progress

2.Related concepts and theories

Ketsorn Saengchan (2011, page 19 - 20) from the study of the theory about the satisfaction.
Expectation of use Medical services can conclude that Most of them focus on their services. A
medical facility that will meet the needs of medical patients to be very satisfied. Most will focus
on 3 areas as follows

1. Service

2. Service behavior

3. Ease of Access to Services

Charas Phochan (2010, p. 17) described satisfaction as a person's feelings towards
Entities, which can be positive, neutral, or negative feelings. These feelings affect performance. In
performing their duties, namely If the feeling is inclined in a positive way Performance will be
highly effective. But if the feeling is inclined to negatively, the performance of duty will be poor.

Wirunphan Devi (1999, page 111) has given the meaning of satisfaction. Refers to the
feeling Within the human mind, it is not the same, it is up to the individual to expect one thing.
High satisfaction is expected or intentionally performed and is met with great satisfaction, but
on the other hand, it can be extremely disappointed or dissatisfied when the expected
response is not received. Depending on what they intend to have more or less.

Saroj occult Sombat (1991, p. 18, cited in Prakan Kongkaew, 2003, p. 17) Satisfaction is
one of the key factors in making the work successful. Especially If it is a service-related work In
addition to the management to ensure the workforce satisfaction. In work then It is still
necessary to take action that will satisfy the user because
Service advancement is one of the most important factors in determining the number of users
of the service, so a wise management should be able to in-depth study the various factors and
elements that will lead to the success of the service. Satisfaction Both workers and users of the
