PREFACE
Praise and gratitude the authors pray to Allah SWT for the grace of Allah and
his grace so that they can carry out Field Work Practiced and compllite the
preparation of report on the result of Field Work practices that run according
to the program that has been planned. The preparation of this report is
carried out in accordance with the work that has been planned at the
industrial site.
On this occasion, the authors would like to thank all parties who have
assistedin the implementation of Field Work Practices and assistedin the

SUMMARY
AC is a system on a car that’s useful for air conditioning. the parts of AC
are : compressor, condenser, receifer dryer, expansion valve, evaporator,
blower, pilly and belt, refrigerant pipe, electronic temperatur controller,
pressure switch, applicator and switch AC.
The low-pressure gas refrigerant is sucked in by the compressor through
the suction line-cold. The gas refrigerant enters the cylinder and is then
compressed by the compressor piston. The high pressure gas refrigerant is
channeled to the condenser through the discharge line-hot. Condenser as a
result, the refrigerant turns into a liquid. The refrigerant car flows from the
condenser to the liquid receiver, where the liquid refrigerant undergoes
filtering and drying. Next, the liquid refrigerant flows into the compressor
suction pipe. A blower installed in the evaporator Will distribute cold air
throughout the interior.
The way to charge the reviger is to use a charger and before that the air
conditioner must be vacuumed. How to maintain AC by always checking the
condition of the AC. Keep the cabin or car floor clean. Car cabin cleanliness
helps clean AC air. The air filter is always clean and not easily dirty.
When washing the car, spray hard water on the AC compressor so that
the dirty stuck to the compressor can be removed because if left untreated
it can cause corrosion or poros so that the compressor part leaks faster.
Choose a Shady parking spot if you think it’s too long because if you leave in
the car, it Will get hot. If for election.
