ANALYSIS THE EFFECT OF SERVICE QUALITY,
CUSTOMERS VALUE,

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND CUSTOMER
TRUST ON CORPORATE IMAGE

Customer service quality is an important part of a organization. Being able to
give customer a good quality service will give many benefit to the organization. In this
article it shows how a quality service to customer will impact customer trust,
customer satisfaction to the organization. The first thing that the article tells is that
customer trust is a key factor for the creation of a relationship between providers and
users of services and products, if one party believes the other party, it will lead to
positive behavior towards the next relationship. Better relationship with customer
means that they will come again to do business with the organization.

Other than that, the article states that the quality of the service itself is important. It
states that the quality of service and value of the service has a direct and significant
impact on customer satisfaction. The value of the service is the overall perception of
the customer based on the perception received and what has been given. The article
also give a quality that a service need to have which is Reliability, the ability to deliver
services reliably and accurately. Responsiveness, the ability to be able to help
customers and provide services quickly. Assurance, the ability to provide services with
reliable, free from danger, polite and skillful. Empathy, the ability to provide the
service as a communicative, give personal approach and understanding of customer
needs and Tangibles, the condition of the physical facilities surrounding the delivery
of services.

The article also touch on the corporate image by the customer. The company's image

is constructed by what the customer received from previous experiences and

functional quality that is the way how the service provided to customers. Customers

who perceive a company with a good image would be forced to buy products from

the company. The article show that customer not only are buying product but also the

attitude of the company. A company that have a good relationship and image to

customer will have a better customer service quality. PAGE 15

NOVEMBER
2019

Finally, the article mentions about customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction
has been seen as a basic determinant of long-term consumer behavior and
marketing study area has become increasingly attracted the attention of researchers.
Customer satisfaction also seen as a central point for assessing past performance
and predict future financial performance and as a matter of urgency to change the
old way of doing business and finding ways to acquire and retain customers.

When Service Quality is well received and perceived. Customer will leave a good
impression for the company. Customers feel satisfied if the quality of service received
and perceived in line with expectations and desires. Good service quality gives good
value for the customer in accordance with the sacrifices it has made customers such
as cost, time, energy and thoughts. Customers today expect and want a higher
quality of service and will give high appreciation of the product / service of the quality
of services provided.

My recommendation is that every organization and company should have all
the element of a successful customer service quality which is customer trust,
customer satisfaction , corporate image of the organization and the quality of the
service, this is all to ensure that the best customer service quality can be achieved in
a organization.

FACTORS THAT COULD LEAD TO IMPROVE
CUSTOMER

SERVICE IN BUSINESS ORGANIZATION

The customer service department is an essential part of an organization that relates to
the customers on behalf of the organization. The customer service is the branch of a
business organization that communicates with customers on behalf of the
organization. This department is very important to the success of an organization. The
aim of customer service is to ensure customer satisfaction. Without this guarantee, it
would be difficult for a company to
make profits.

The subject of this article is to review about telecommunication in Pakistan. This
communication has brought Pakistan telecommunication sector into a new era of
growth and progress that had a great impact on its subscribers who became more
sensitive about the service quality, pricing and switching barriers. Researches show that
various factors impart in creating the awareness, satisfaction, loyalty toward brands of
any kind but sometimes customers themselves are unaware of the reasons for the
brand preferences. Satisfaction of customer is determined by his evaluation of service
provided by a brand. The study of shows that when the customers, do not get their
complaints considered properly, they start looking for other brands. Sometimes,
telecom service providers take considerably longer time to resolve the problems like
network coverage or call quality, the customers do not wait for long and hence they
lose satisfaction with that particular brand.Furthermore, the friendly attitude and
courteous behavior of the service workers at service firms leaves a positive impression
on the customer which lead towards customer satisfaction. It was also found that the
customers get satisfied to a brand more if they get all the needed services accumulated
in that very brand.

PAGE 17

ARTICLE REVIEW REVIEW

The second study shows is the price. Price is the amount of money charged for a product or service, or
the sum of the values that customers exchange for the benefits of having or using the product or
service. Price fairness is a very important issue that leads toward satisfaction. Charging fair price helps
to develop customer satisfaction and loyalty. Research has shown that customer’s decision to accept
particular price has a direct bearing at satisfaction level and loyalty and indirectly. In another study, it
was concluded that customer satisfaction is directly influenced by price perceptions while indirectly
through the perception of price fairness. The price fairness itself and the way it is fixed and offered
have a great impact on satisfaction. Telecommunication services are like undifferentiated products
therefore, customers are not price sensitive all the times and sometimes brand loyalty takes part in
brand preferences. This is the reason some consumers are retained with old monopolists.

Recommendation Article

To provide excellent customer service, you first need understand their needs, experiences, and pain
points. For these, you need to ensure that you provide your customers multiple ways to share their
feedback. You can do this through telephone surveys or a feedback
form sent via email. Other than surveys, you can also establish a complaint system, which will better
enable your customers to raise their issues. This will let you know all about their good, bad, and ugly
experiences when interacting with your brand. Through this, you gain real insights into what you're
doing well, and which areas require improvement. Connecting with your customers to gather
feedback also has another important benefit - it makes them feel that you value them, and are willing
to resolve their issues. This can help to establish trust, and may even prevent them from sharing their
concerns or negative comments on social media. You should also seek to recognize the efforts of your
customer service teams who deliver high levels of customer experience and satisfaction. You can
reward your top performers with incentives or gifts - this will encourage and motivate your employees
to achieve your customer service goals. Even if your customer reviews are good, there’s no such thing
as over-delivering in customer service - there is always scope for improvement. You should
consistently focus on improving your customer service standards. Great customer service can help you
build trust, improve brand awareness, gain customer loyalty, drive sales, and attract new customers
through valuable recommendations. Keeping your customers happy is more important for your
business than anything else. Make sure you deliver 100% customer satisfaction both offline and online.

Electronic Records Management: The Development
of A Model of Education and Training for Record
Keepers

In my opinion, their development of model of education and training should implemented
to record keepers because the education related to electronic records management
insufficient enough for them. With the training, the staff will be knowledgeable and
confident in their role, this allows management’s ability to transfer that confidence to
higher authorities knowing that staff are being trained correctly. Besides that, having
proper training can helps record keepers to do the job better and saves time by searching
the information needed easily.

In the article mentioned that the administrators and IT personnel believed ERM did not
constitute their core responsibility. Therefore, they did not feel compelled to attend any
educational programs in ERM. They suggested a general awareness training program
would serve them well enough. In my opinion based on the article above is if
administrators and IT personnel keep not concern about ERM, they might not efficient in
handle the records. This is the reason the development of training should be implemented.

In the article stated that even though the administrators and the IT personnel argued in
their respective focus group discussions that they did not need accredited education, in the
last focus group discussions, however, they acknowledged this need. They suggested that
the new recruits (administrators and IT personnel) in the civil service should be provided
with accredited education. I'm not really agree with the statement above because not only
new recruits but there is also old worker unsure whether they are doing the right job or
not.

PAGE 19

Recommendation Article
I recommend that this artcile should include what types of education or training they wished
to do with specific details because in this article they only explained different types of record
keepers. Besides that, not only types of education or training but they have to explained
further why they want to what kind of approach they want to use to educate these record
keepers include new recruits in information technoloy or records management.

SERVICE INFUSION IN MANUFACTURING
INDUSTRIES

While manufacturing operations may not be more complex than other businesses,
their management deals with the production of physical items that incorporate
costly materials and labor and that consumers use on a continuous basis. When
management of manufacturing is not effective, it can result in inferior quality,
defects and safety issues in the products. Poor manufacturing management not
only affects profitability but can place the survival of the company in question.
Managing the supply chain of a manufacturing business affects the costs and
quality of products. Management evaluates different supply chain configurations,
favoring local distribution centers where it is more cost-effective. Rapidly changing
conditions require management that can adapt quickly and make critical
adjustments, such as centralizing manufacturing when production of larger
volumes is more efficient, and moving manufacturing close to markets when
smaller.

If the strategy is to supply niche markets, it have to manufacture products having
unique characteristics that appeal to the target market segments. Manufacturing
management has to understand the implications of the company's marketing
strategy for the manufacturing operations and implement corresponding policies
and procedures. Managers often have to make technical decisions that deal with
complex manufacturing systems. Though they can rely on engineering staff for in-
depth knowledge, technically oriented managers make more effective decisions in
such environments. In addition to acquiring the appropriate technical knowledge,
manufacturing managers have to make sure their technical staff has the level of
training required to evaluate and operate the technology management is
considering for implementation.

The performed study is cross-sectional, and describes the case firm’s current
situation rather than evaluating the efforts over time. Future researchers are
therefore encouraged to perform a similar study at a later point in time, or a
longitudinal study, in order to document the development of service sales
efforts at the case company Another potential area for future research could be
the performance of a quantitative study of the subject, where the sales force
of one or several industrial firms are evaluated in order to determine personal
traits which are beneficial in a service sales setting An area in extension of
this study which has not been studied, is determining whether customers in the
industry (i.e. operators) are prepared to accept and pay for service offerings.

Experience can make someone be more mature but without it people will not learn
something in their life and it also can make someone changes to become a better
person. I have to live far from my family. For diploma, I am study at Ungku Omar
Polythecnic that take three hours from my house. I have learned on how to use
public transport if my dad cannot sent me to the colleagues. With this experience,
it helps me to be a better and independent person.
