G(Geography) A new place

It was a cold day in California in the middle of December my family and I were packing to go to Oregon. I was so excited I
couldn’t believe this was my first time going to a different state besides Nevada. When we were done packing we put
everything to the car to begin our journey. It was a long ride 17 hours stuck in a car but even though it was a long ride I
enjoy going to trips with my family. Finally we were in Oregon. It was 3 times colder than California. I was so excited to
begin my day.
I knew we were going to be in Oregon for 3 days but I am going to enjoy those days as much as possible.I couldn’t wait to
drink hot cocoa on the fire in our camping lodge and ski through the mountains. The first day was done already while the 17
hours and the car ride ended most of the day I still enjoyed it. My family and I went through the part of the woods and
enjoyed the walk. It was fun because there was snow everywhere and I even saw a baby bear.
Well the second day was over but I did have a lot of fun. In the third day my family and I went hiking on the mountains at first
I was scared but then I got the hang of it and I loved the part that I was going sliding through the mountains. Finally it was
time to go home but I actually enjoyed the time going to this trip and in this trip I learned something appreciative of what you
have and I did and my reward was having a wonderful time.

R(Religion) When it’s Christmas Eve

It was a wonderful Sunday when my mom said, we are heading to church”. I was already ahead of time and getting ready to
go to church. Especially this day I have to be very presentable because it was the day Jesus was born or as Americans call it
Christmas Eve. When we were heading to church my mom, who is really strict, had to listen to her when she said you can
never talk in church while the priest is talking and we always have to be paying attention. This time I was going to enjoy
church because there were people singing very carefully and it seemed to me that they had the spirit to celebrate today.
My brothers and sisters were excited to be in the church knob to hear what the priest had to say but to be in the fair because
they would always go to the carnival and tell my mom and dad to buy them cotton candy. When church was over my dad
bought us churros they were flour cooked candy. I would love them especially with chocolate. When we went back to home the
first thing that I did was to pray. After praying for a while I knew it was time to begin the party which is a tradition in my
family that we do every Christmas Eve.

A(Achievements) When created WiFi

I was 12 when I started realizing that Wi-Fi has been very important to the people. I never knew how important WiFi
was to the world until today. It was a regular day as always. I had to wake up, get dressed and go to school when suddenly
there was news that there has been a virus in China that might spread quickly. At first it wasn’t a big deal but people were
conscious but then things got worse the virus spread to Spain,Africa,Mexico,and lastly the United States. When the
United States had the virus it spread to California, Los Angeles, and lastly Compton. Everyone was worried and most of
all the kids were worried because schools,stores,carnivals,and many others were shut down.
The virus spread in the middle of the school year, and that’s a problem for the kids because how are they going to learn
with the virus spreading. Until someone had the idea for students to learn online. At first it was challenging for the
students to learn online because it was challenging if some students didn’t have Wi-Fi or if the Wi-Fi connection wasn’t
working, or even if in their house they didn’t have a room where they could concentrate to do their work. Went 2 weeks
past people got the hang of learning online students were able to learn and teachers were able to teach them. Until now we
are still learning online and trying our best for the virus to stop.

P(Politics) The Responsibilities when Getting

Older

Today was a special day for me because it was my birthday and I was going to turn 10. When my party was over and my
family was done celebrating my mom told me something very important I would never forget. She said, when a person turns
10 there’s something important a person will be doing the rest of their life”. “Every time you’re growing up you are going to
get more Responsibilities now that you’re 10 years old you will be doing chores”. “Now we are going to teach you how to
sweep the kitchen, clean the living room , and wash dishes”.
“ If there is a time you break one of the household rules you will be punished with consequences depending on how bad was
your behavior but, don’t worry there will also be rewards for doing chores you may get paid $10 a week and have 40 bucks a
month”. When I heard what my mom was saying, I paid close attention because I wouldn’t want to disappoint my mom
especially all that she has done for me. She also told me when you’re getting older the chores won’t be the same. You will
have more difficult tasks but in that time it will be right for you ,if you’re like 15 years old now you’re going to clean the
whole kitchen,the whole living room,and the whole garden by yourself. “Every year you’re going to get more difficult task but
remember you may also get my money for doing them”.Until that day I always listen to my mom and do what she would
always asked for.

E(Economics) When Getting Paid

It was a glorious day in California when it was the day I was able to get paid for doing chores. I was very excited that if I get 20 a
week that would be 80 bucks a month up that would be a dream because I don't think my mom has the money to give me 80 bucks a
month. I couldn’t wait to start my week and have the money in my hands. When my week was over I got paid $10 a week in my case it
was enough now I would want the day to get over with and begin with my second week. As the days passed my piggy bank was
getting fatter which means I have a lot of money and can probably waste in some new bags which are like small backpacks.

The third month of my allowance I already had $120 bucks. That was a lot even for a kid like me. I couldn’t wait to spend it. My dad
heard what I had said and Immediately came to my room and said, ``are you crazy you can save that for your college funds you don’t
need to spend all that money in a day Neanderthal it took you 3 months to get”. “ You should be wise of the decisions you are going to
take if I was you I would save all that money”. When I heard my dad say all that I immediately agreed that I was thinking I could save
this for college or for a career I want to do. I always dreamed of being a house decorator and in this path my dreams will be crushed
and I wouldn’t want that.
I would love to be a house decorator. I got the idea of being that because it was a regular Friday when I saw beautiful houses designed
in different ways but that’s when I got the idea of being a house decorator. I heard 54,000 get house decorator a year that would be a
lot of money for me if I keep up with my allowance. Until that day I am still dreaming of being a house decorator.

S(Social Structure) When enjoying a Fun

Time with my family

There was a day not long ago when I remembered that I had to do an informational poster which needed the names of my
family and what I like to do with my family. It was more like an all about me project. I had no idea why the teacher put it as
informational. I was being ignored with my project which took me 4 days to finish and I had a whole week which meant I was
right on time. I remembered when I did it,it asked me about social structure. At that time I was 8 and I had no idea what that
meant so I asked for help. I didn’t cheat because it was that a family member had to help me.
When I was beginning with my project it said,how many brothers and sisters I had, eventually I said, “2 sisters and 1 brother
and their names were Solaine,Ruby,and Nathan”. It also asked, who is the one in charge in your family? I said,my mom
because she is the one who makes decisions and helps us in what we need. After my mom is my dad who works hard enough
to have things that are necessary for us. Then is my grandma which takes care of us everyday and influence us to do good
things and learn from our mistakes. They all put in there part and that what I love about them.
