The traction cones are realized in an high quality steel subjected to a thermic treatment and with special nishing

surface in order to guarantee the same speci cation in course of time. The rotation of the cones is controlled by

an electric motor three-phase which drives two reduction wits for each traction cone. The cones are designed

to effect a reduction of the wire not less than 18% of the section. The coiling reel has an independent motorization

equipped with a pneumatic clutch. It is possible to use the clutch externally to allow a good adjustment of the traction

in the coiling operative phase. The machine is equipped with an internal lubrication-cooling tank system to

lubricate the traction cores and the drawing dies seats. It is possible to interrupt the lubrication during the
