after the sales. We have chosen to sell Mary Kay products, which are

skincare products. All the images and the information are from the process
and the Mary Kay website.

Before making the #preparation_for_photoshoot
sale, we did some
photoshoots for these
products to post and
market it.

We also ordered the Mary
Kay products that our group
lists for sell. The purchase
was made on 19th May 2022
(Thursday).

We decided to collect the money (RM 70 per person) to buy the
product from the HQ, the packaging (like plastic bags or boxes) and
some gift for our customers.

Besides, our group did some research on our target market and

discussed how to attract customers. We also studied the product

and beauty tips as preparation to answer customer

questions during sales. -2-

Next, we have to make the product stand out. We posted on
social media like Instagram and WhatsApp status along with the

writing about Mary Kay products to attract customers.

During
Sale

As a seller, we should understand the product well, like its function,
benefits and result from using it to answer customer questions

regarding Mary Kay products. It will help to make our customers trust
the product. During the sales phase, we tried to answer all the
questions from the customer.

After
Sale

After selling the product,
we asked customers
who had purchased it to
provide feedback on
whether it benefits them
or negatively impacts
them. Most customers
give good feedback.
They say this product
can make facial skin
fresher and smoother.
Their facial skin also
becomes less oily.

In addition, we also discuss the weaknesses and strengths during the
sale phase. In this regard, cooperation between group members is our
main strength. As we run this business, all members of the group have
carried out their respective responsibilities with full commitment. We

also exchange views to resolve problems that arise during this
business activity. It allows us to sell Mary Kay products more efficiently.

We have calculated profits and losses in our sales. Then, we distribute
the profit equally, including the fund we collected to buy the products,

packaging and gift.

Conclusion

In conclusion, systematic planning is one of the strategies to run a
business. In this assignment, we have created and planned various
strategies to entice customers to purchase our Mary Kay products.
For example, we advertise our products online through Instagram
and WhatsApp. Not only that, but we also provide good service to
customers. Although we faced some problems while running this
business, we solved them successfully with the cooperation and
commitment given by each group member. Therefore, we hope
those who want to start a business can use this e-book as the
guide.
