Nolco-Flex

Shock-absorbing protective covering made of elastic wood-fiber material

 The wood fiber soft boards are made flexible by grooving and
endless through double-sided lamination. Nolco-Flex has elastic and
rebound properties and provides protection for products that are
susceptible to deformation.

Standard product (S1030)

 Material thickness: 10 mm, lamella width: 30 mm, lamella spacing: 3 mm

 Smallest moldable inner diameter: 415 mm
 Available widths: from 100 to 2,400 mm
 Standard length: 120 running meters, accordion-folded, endless on a pallet

Outer liner: Inner liner:
Kraft paper with PE coating and Kraft paper with PE coating, oil-repellent
PP-fabric reinforcement, brown

 Pallet height: 120 cm gross

Nolco-Flex (S1030)

Possible special designs

 Nolco-Flex with 30 mm lamella width is available with alternative inner
liner.

Outer liner:
Kraft paper with PE coating, oil-repellent

 All Nolco-Flex variants are also available on rolls.

 Max. 1,200 mm wide, 60 running meters per roll

 All Nolco-Flex types are available with individualized color or printing of the
outer liner depending on quantity.

Nolco-Rib

Load distributing protective cover made of hard fiber

 Hard fiber strips are laminated on both sides with clearance, thus
forming a lamellar, very flexible packaging material, which is
produced in endless strips. It protects surfaces against shock and
impact and can be used for wrapping and bundling a wide variety of
objects.

Nolco-Pack

Light and robust top cover and interlayer

 Nolco-Pack is square cut and serves as a cover, stack liner, and
edge protector for standing, large rolls or cylindrical products made
of different material. The product’s core consists of a soft wood fiber
plate which is laminated on both sides.

Nolco-Pack

 Material thickness: 10 mm
 Nolco-Pack can be supplied in individual sizes

 Square dimensions of min. 800 x 800 mm to max. 1,950 x 1,950 mm are available

 each 15 grooves on the edges:

 E.g. 1,000 x 1,000 mm, for diameters 758–992 mm, 100 pieces/pallet
 E.g. 1,200 x 1,200 mm, for diameters 898–1,132 mm, 100 pieces/pallet
 E.g. 1,900 x 1,900 mm, for diameters 1,398–1,632 mm, 50 pieces/pallet
