These gluten free beers are named after the heroes of the wartime Pathfinder RAF
squadrons who were based in Huntingdon during the war. “Night Mission” is a
traditional tasting, proper “Ale” and “Wellington Bomber”, a full bodied dark porter.

The ciders are made only from apples grown within the county of Cambridgeshire of which
the juice is simply left to ferment! No yeast is added at all. The fermentation happens as a
result purely of the natural yeasts already on the apples and the natural sugar from the

juice. This is a totally natural product, pure and simple!
