Sorry, I did not think it would be like this! It was a funny message, but I did not think carefully before posting it. Once upon a time, I posted some messages in some conversation on Facebook. “Man said: Why are women so smart? Woman said: Women are not smart, but men are stupid.” I thought it was good, I posted for fun. After a half day, some friend told me that many men were commenting on my posts. They commented on a bad way using foul language. One of the juniors who respected me came to comment and scolded me. Later, I decided to delete the post because I felt so guilty that did not think carefully before posting anything. Then, I posted an apology on Facebook. Later on, something happened that I did not expect. That junior sent me a message of apology. This post gave me a lesson that before I post anything, I must think carefully. It is a thoughtful lesson and experience in posting messages on social media and it was a lesson that I would never forget. NARRATIVE PARAGRAPH UNFORGETTABLE LESSONS Afeefah Yacharat 642445048 1

Do you think language is important? Language is an important factor used in communication in everyday life. I entered Fatoni University, Faculty of Education English language teaching branch. I made this decision because I like English and I adore this university. This university is not like other universities. There are clear boundaries between men and women, a good environment, dress according to religious principles, and many more advantages. At first thought, I think learning English would not be difficult. But when I really learned, I found it quite difficult. There are very few basics. When I study English with teachers for each subject, I listened to the teacher speak and could not translate because sometimes teachers speak fast. Until I could not keep up. When studying for a while the teacher asked me to work in groups and came out to present. When it comes to the class that has to present the group work, I am so excited that I can not say anything. The teacher spoke about me a lot. I am not well prepared so the teacher complained. Until finally, the teacher told me to present it again in the next class. At that time, it was during the university’s online study. After that incident, I couldn not speak English. I sat alone in the room crying because at that time, I studied online at the dormitory alone. The roommates have all returned home. I can not go back because my home is far away. And it is during this time that the COVID disease is spreading heavily. So I had to live in the dormitory alone. I called to consult with a friend about the presentation. I had a friend help me to tutor the language. I sat and understood and then in my free time, I sit and recite every day. Until the date of the presentation arrives. When it is time for me to present. I am determined and try to present it as best as I can. And the end, it went well. The experience of learning English at that time made me learn and understand more. Now, I have improved my English skills better than before. Even though I still can not speak fluently, but I will try and practice more. Do you have a sister and what does she looks like? Yes, I have a sister. She looks like me, but some things are not the same. My sister and I are four years apart. I am 20 years old and my sister is 16 years old. We are the same height, but we are not the same weight. The two of us look very similar, we are short-sighted as well and put on both glasses. I am shorter than 500 and my sister is shorter than 400. When we both go together, some like to misunderstand. Though we were twins and sometimes people remember the wrong person because we have similar faces. Although, both of our looks are similar, but our style of dressing is different. I like to wear long skirts and a long veil that covers the hips. My sister likes to wear pants and a long veil covering her navel. On the subject of food, my sister can eat many things. She can eat a lot of vegetables, not much choice. Different from me, I choose to eat quite a lot. I can not eat many things like my sister. The characters are both similar and different. I am neat and talk a little, but my sister is a rough and bubbly person. And that we have the same, we are funny, cheerful, and like to annoy. Even though, we are different in age, but we both have things that are similar, and different in many things. However, we are siblings. They had to rely on each other and take care of each other. Do you think that lack of sleep can cause disease? Lack of sleep or not getting enough sleep that collects over a long period can cause various health problems and diseases. Firstly, it is obesity. Laack of sleep can cause the endocrine system to fluctuate, resulting in slower satiety and increased appetite for fatty food. Secondly, it is diabetes. Lack of sleep of less than six hours per day can result in higher blood sugar and insulin levels. Thirdly, it is chronic insomnia. This condition, it can take more than 30 minutes to fall asleep. It may have slept disturbances throughout the night. Finally, it is heart disease. Lack of sleep can cause an increase in blood pressure, which can lead to heart disease. Therefore, effective sleep should be at six to eight hours per day. It is a time when the body can fully develop all the important processes and for good health as well.
