DCQ30154 PRE-REQUISITE NONE CREDIT VALUE = 2 PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE 2 course gives students applied knowledge and skills on the task of a quantity surveyor in a project. The course emphasizes on the definition, purpose, and task of a quantity surveyor in the preparation of prime cost sum and provisional sum, preliminaries work, preparation of interim payment, variations, and final account. SYNOPSIS
1. Analyse the procedure for preparation of prime cost sum, provisional sum, and payments to a construction project according to PWD and PAM Standard Form of Contract. (C4, PLO2) COURSE LEARNING OUTCOME (CLO)
