DESIGNING YOUR VISION NATIVE AMERICAN
OUR HISTORY SPS+ Architects was established in 1960 by Wendell Rossman, a forward-thinking architect who set our firm’s precedent of innovation through design in Arizona. In the past five years, SPS+ has expanded operations considerably, opening the second location in the heart of Phoenix and a third location in Tucson, Arizona. Through our work in the various sector markets, we have helped shape architectural standards throughout the state by empowering our clients and designing their vision. Together, we connect end-users and designers to inspire our experts to create innovative buildings that will last and maintain relevancy for generations to come. As a full-service design firm, we think in terms of “Target Value Design” supported by proven experience and an ability to deliver. We strive to understand our client’s strategic vision and longrange goals to successfully incorporate design strategies focused on a flexible future. Thinking in terms of “Target Value Design” allows us to advocate and to get more out of the project, the budget, and the site. We provide quality design specialized to our client’s vision. The new San Carlos Elementary School was designed as the replacement building for the existing Elementary school. The biggest challenge was to keep the existing school in session while the new school was under construction. When construction was complete, the existing school was demolished and new play courts were constructed in its place. SPS+ succeeded at not disrupting student life and coordinating with the community to fulfill all their needs. SAN CARLOS RICE ELEMENTARY
