Sam after obtaining his Engineering Degree in Material Science attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada—Las Vegas. After law school, Sam served as a Judicial Law Clerk and Research Attorney to the Honorable Susan W. Scann of the Eighth Judicial District Court-Business Court in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a law clerk in one of only five Business Civil Courts in Nevada, he assisted Judge Scann with handling a docket of the complex business and civil cases, including the ligation and jury trials of the catastrophic injuries, product liability, consumer law, shareholder derivative actions, eminent domain, legal malpractice , class actions, and mergers.
