(PKPA) Bilangan 4Tahun 2018 myPortfolio: Panduan Kerja Sektor Awam sebagai pendekatan baharu
dalam pelaksanaan bidang tugas dan tanggungjawab yang lebih komprehensif dan teratur di agensi
Kerajaan. Ketua Jabatan juga boleh meluas guna myPortfolio sebagai radas strategik dalam
pengurusan sumber manusia.
MyPortfolio adalah satu kaedah pengurusan ilmu yang memberikan penekanan kepada pengupayaan
minda setiap penjawat awam dalam kerangka organisasi berpembelajaran.
Sehubungan dengan itu, dengan adanya myPortfolio, diharapkan Penjawat Awam akan lebih efisyen
dalam melaksanakan tanggungjawab demi kejayaan negara mencapai status negara maju. Asas-asas
kejayaan sesebuah negara ialah rakyat yang mengamalkan nilai-nilaiyang mulia terutamanya penjawat
awam yang menjadi nadi negara. Kebolehan yang dianugerahkan membolehkan kita

yang sesuai untuk menangani tekanan tersebut supaya tidak berlarutan dan menjadikan kita semakin parah.
Tekanan yang dialami oleh seseorang dapat dilihat melalui empat kategori berikut :
Fizikal: cepat penat, keletihan, pening kepala, insomnia, ketegangan di kawasan bahu dan belakang, degupan
