OPINIONS

There are a lot of people who are interested in
digital art making decisions about which device or
software to use.
My answer is it depends on your likings of digital
arts.
If you have a burning passion for that art and
confidently will continue to make art digitally, I
suggest you should pick a graphic tablet (if you own
a PC or laptop). For the software, you can use Adobe
Photoshop CC ,Clip Studio Paint, and Procreate (if
you own an iPad)
If you are curious about digital art and just want to
discover it, you can use your own smartphone to
draw and use free software or application such as
Ibis Paint X, Medibang Paint Pro or Infinite Painter
Keep in mind that, you should also be mindful about
your budget. Some devices and software are very
expensive to purchase.
