210. 奖励每位发表者将获得发表证书、5位最佳创意研究奖将获得证书。11. 摘要a) 每位发表者须提交报告摘要(中文 500-800 字;英文 300-500 字),摘要可使用英文或中文撰写,语言表达应准确、简洁、符合学术写作规范。摘要语言选择同时决定会议时的汇报语言。摘要内容须为原创,且未在任何其他会议上发表过。所提交的摘要都将经过相关专业领域的专家评审。b) 摘要提交截止日期为 2026 年 5 月 29 日。经审核后,主办单位将于 2026 年 6 月中旬发出正式的录取通知。逾期将不予考虑。c) 基于学术伦理考量,会议委员会保留处理评审过程中可能出现的任何伦理问题的权利。这些情况包括(但不限于)原创性、剽窃、版权、许可等。发表者有责任确保其作品的原创性,严禁任何形式的抄袭行为,抄袭文字将被退稿。评审过程中会使用剽窃检测软件,参加者必须同意会议版权和许可政策的条款。12. 发表条规参加者可以英语或汉语发表,时间不超过 15 分钟(本次会议建议报告时间为 10-15 分钟)。参加者可以通过线上或实体发表,须自备幻灯片。受限于每场次的时限规定,因此超时者将会被要求停止发表。每场次发表结束后,专家将针对每一位发表者提出专业的点评意见。注:本会保留修改规则和条例的最后决定权。任何更新请留意本会最新章程。

ObjectivesThe 3rd Cross-Regional and Interdisciplinary Graduate Conference aims to provide a platform for currently enrolled postgraduate students from Malaysia and abroad to exchange ideas and engage in meaningful academic interaction, while also helping soonto-graduate students build a solid academic foundation. Each presenter will receive live one-to-one feedback from field experts to further refine their research. In addition to parallel presentation sessions, the symposium will feature keynote talks by distinguished scholars to broaden participants’ academic horizons. Post-symposium workshops will also be organised, focusing on research methods and publication strategies. Led by experienced academics, these workshops are designed to support participants in consolidating their research outcomes through practical, hands-on guidance.2. Abstract Submission Guidelinesi. Each participant must submit an abstract for evaluation before presenting their work at the conference. Abstracts must be submitted in English (300-500 words) or Chinese (500-800 words). Abstracts must be original and have not been presented or submitted to any other conferences.ii. All abstracts must be submitted by 29/5/2026. Late submissions will NOT be considered. Official Acceptance Notification will be issued by mid of June 2026.iii. All submitted abstracts will undergo a peer review process. The program committeewill select reviewers based on their expertise in the relevant field. Review criteria may include significance, originality, methodology, results, and references. Authors will receive feedback and review comments from the reviewers to help improve their abstracts.iv. For ethical considerations, the conference committee reserves the right to address any ethical concerns during the review process. The circumstances include originality, plagiarism, copyright, and licensing. Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work. Plagiarism, in any form, is strictly prohibited. Plagiarised papers will be subject to rejection, and authors may face further consequences as determined by the conference committee. Plagiarism detection tools may be used during the review process. Authors must agree to the conference's copyright and licensing policy terms.v. All conference participants, including authors, are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respectful and professional behaviour. The organiser will detail inappropriate behaviours, consequences for violations, and reporting mechanisms in the code of conduct.8. Oral PresentationPresentations may be delivered in either English or Chinese and must not exceed 15 minutes (recommended duration: 10–15 minutes). Participants may present either online or onsite and must prepare their own presentation slides. Due to time constraints for each session, presenters who exceed the allotted time will be asked to conclude their presentation. After each session, experts will provide professional feedback for each presenter.The rules and regulations of the conference are subject to change.
