2019 Reciprocal Program

Greetings Members,

I am excited to present to you a con irmed list of golf courses that will
be participating in our 2019-2020 Reciprocal program. These courses
will be available to us during our course closure beginning August 1st.
We are fortunate to have over 20 facilities to offer Oak Ridge
members access to their golf courses, during our re-grassing process.
As guests of these facilities, it is important to follow the host club's
respective rules and policies. I also encourage you to thank the host
professional and their staff either before or after your round.

My staff and I look forward to helping you arrange starting times
while we are closed. Although we have access to several facilities, the
amount of starting times is still limited. These facilities are providing
us with starting times around their regular member play. My staff
will do everything they can to try and accommodate all member
re uests. To ensure fairness of starting times, the golf shop will track
member's playing history at each facility. ALL golf re uests must
come through the Oak Ridge golf shop. DO NOT contact the host
facility yourself. A complete starting time policy and procedures for
how to make tee times, as well as each club participating can be found
within the following document.

If you have any further uestions or would like to make a tee time,
please call the Oak Ridge golf shop at (952) 939-5460, and a staff
member will be willing to assist you.

Reciprocal Program

TEE TIMES AND PROCEDURES

Making a Tee Time:
The Reciprocal program is open to all Full Golf members and Sports Activity
members. Full Golf members will take priority on starting times and Sports
Activity members would be re uired to pay posted guest fee at the respective
club. Sports Activity members will only be permitted to make tee times twice
per month.
Tee time re uests can be made 7 days in advance for Full Golf members, and 3
days in advance for Sports Activity members beginning at 8:00 am by emailing
the golf shop at [email protected] . Re uests will be granted in the
order they were received. Some facilities re uire starting times to be made only
3-4 days in advance.
All re uests must contain ALL player's names in the group at the time of
reservation.
RECIPROCAL COURSES WILL NOT ALLOW FIVESOMES.
A re uested course may have been taken prior to your in uiry. If so, the golf
shop will provide you a course that is available. You will have the choice to
con irm or deny that start time within 24 hours.
ALL START TIMES MUST BE MADE BY CONTACTING THE OAK
RIDGE GOLF SHOP. CONTACTING A RECIPROCAL COURSE
DIRECTLY IS PROHIBITED.
A member may re uest to play a facility twice per month on the reciprocal plan.
If a starting time is still vacant 48 hours prior to that day, an individual may
then take that starting time, even if you have already played the facility twice.
Information on each facility is contained in the following pages as well as posted
on the Oak Ridge home page under the reciprocal golf tab. Information will
include address, tee time policies, guest polices, and dining privileges. Please
refer to these documents prior to arrival to ensure you are representing Oak
Ridge at its highest level.
Reciprocal rates are only applicable on times that are reserved by the golf shop.
Rates may not be granted if you are playing as a guest of a member at a listed
facility.

Somerset Country Club Guest Policies

Clubhouse:
Proper attire is re uired in all areas of the Clubhouse including the Dining Room,
Grill and on the Lawn/patio. The dress code for all areas is "country club casual".
Proper attire for men: uality shorts, pants, golf shirts, collared shirts.
Proper attire for women: uality shorts, pants, skirts, dresses and appropriate tops.
Attire that is not accep able in the Clubhouse or Patio area includes blue jeans, short
shorts, cutoffs, gym shorts, sweatpants, t-shirts, men's sleeveless shirts, ank or halter tops,
and frayed or ripped clothing of any kind.
Hats, caps or visors are not to be worn in the Clubhouse. In areas where hats are
permissible, bills must be worn forward. Footwear must be worn at all times in the
Clubhouse and on the Patio.

Golf:
Traditional golf attire must be worn on the golf course and practice area at all
times.
All members and their guests must wear shirts, pants, shorts and golf or tennis
shoes. Shorts and skirts must be of Bermuda short length or longer.
Shorts must be traditional golf shirts with collars or a comparable alternative
without a collar.
No cutoffs, short shorts, walking shorts, gym type clothing, blue jeans, t-shirts,
halter or tank tops are permitted.
Spikeless golf shoes or an approved alternative must be worn. Barefoot players are
not permitted.

All charges will be put on the guest card and billed
back to the guests club
Those gol ing will be responsible for maintaining a
pace of play within Woodhill Country Club guidelines
which is less than 4 hours
Hats are not allowed in the clubhouse for men
Please adhere to proper gol ing attire.
Our Club has established a “no-tipping” policy. Please
honor our policy by not offering cash gratuities to any
employees
Cell phone use is prohibited except in the Club
Parking Lots
No music is allowed on the golf course
Any violations of these policies will result in the
inability to play this course again.
