at 651-642-9400 to set up your private cake tasting. Wedding cakes from Buttercream Bakery will be
billed through Oak Ridge Country Club. Cakes are $4.75 per slice.
You are welcome to provide your own cake from any licensed bakery. There will be a $2.00 charge per

Catering Policies & Information
Oak Ridge Country Club offers a premier venue for wedding receptions and special events and we would
be pleased to provide catering and event planning to you and your guests. We offer the perfect private
country club setting with modern architectural design. Please contact our Catering Department with any
questions and for dates of availability.
Ballroom
Our Ballroom includes floor to ceiling windows for a full view of our golf course along with vaulted ceil-
ings, a built-in bar and outdoor patio. Full service accommodations can be made for up to 350 guests;
400 for reception style events.

The Ballroom has professionally styled modular-walls to allow for private accommodations of meetings
or more intimate parties ranging from 6 people to 90 people in a single room or rooms can be combined
for larger numbers. Each room has extensive views of the golf course.

Upper Lobby
Our beautiful lobby space can be rented separately or is included with a wedding ballroom rental. Beauti-
ful stone flooring, vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows make this space perfect for pre-function cock-
tails or as a ceremony space.

Board Room
Overlooking the 10th hole, the Board Room is a premier space for private meetings or dining that can ac-
commodate up to 50 people. For meetings this room features conference style chairs, in ceiling screen &
projector and free Wi-Fi access.

ORCC Porch
Our 3-season porch provides a bright and classy atmosphere for any event up to 25 people. This is an
exceptional space for meetings, cocktail parties, luncheons, gift openings and more.

Private Parties
Private Parties are to be planned with the Catering Department. The Club will not be held liable for any
advance reservation that cannot be satisfied due to disaster, natural or otherwise, that prevents normal
use of the Club.
Sponsorship
All parties must be hosted or sponsored by a member. A member must sign a contract in order to sponsor
a non-member event. Member sponsored non-member events will be required to pay the entire estimated
bill prior to the date of the function. See your payment schedule for details.

Deposits, Payments and Cancellations
A non-refundable event deposit will be charged for all events hosted at ORCC. Deposits paid will be cred-
ited toward the actual charges for the event. Your deposit will be retained for any space that has been
confirmed and subsequently cancelled. Deposit schedule below:

All non-member payments must be made by check or the Plastiq website and should follow the following
payment schedule:

Your deposit will be retained for any space that has been confirmed and subsequently cancelled. In addi-
tion, if cancellation occurs within ninety (90) days of the event, a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the
estimated bill will be charged.
IRS Form
The questionnaire required by the IRS (ST-5) will be completed and signed as part of your catering con-
tract by the member, or sponsoring member, and returned to the Club.
Menu Prices & Policies
Due to varying market conditions, prices on the catering and beverage menus are subject to change with-
out notice. Prices will be guaranteed on all events within sixty (60) days of scheduled event. Menu prices
do not include tax, service charge or room rental. Oak Ridge Country Club shall have the right to sub-
stitute product based on quality or availability. Catering policies and prices are subject to change at the
discretion of Oak Ridge Country Club without notice.
Sales Tax and Service Charge
All menu prices are subject to an 22% service charge and applicable sales taxes (7.525% on food and non-
alcoholic beverages & 10.025% on alcohol). There is a sales tax on all contracted services and set up fees.
Service charge is the property of Oak Ridge Country Club not the employees. The Minnesota Department
of Revenue requires Oak Ridge Country Club to request a “Certificate of Exemption” from the Client if they
qualify for tax exemption. Documentation for tax exempt status must be returned with signed contract. If
proof of exemption is not provided with your signed contract, Oak Ridge Country Club will charge appli-
cable taxes.

Room Rental, labor charges, cash bar, audio visual, service charge and tax do not apply towards the food
and beverage minimum.
If the client fails to meet the food & beverage minimum designated for the room or rooms that have been
booked, an additional charge will be applied to the Client’s final invoice. The additional charge will be the
difference between the food & beverage minimum and the total food and beverage charges exclusive of tax
and service charge.

Guarantees
A guarantee or guest count is required for all events four (4) business days prior to the function. Should
the count drop below the guaranteed number after the set date, the member will be charged for the num-
ber of guests guaranteed. Should the guest count increase, the member is liable for all cost increases that
may apply. Counts apply to both food and beverages.
Monday golf event guarantees are due the Wednesday prior to the event.
Food and Beverage Regulations
Food and beverage purchased by or at the Club may not be taken off the Club’s premises. No food will be
brought in from outside businesses, unless arrangements have been made through the Catering Depart-
ment. If approved by the Chef to bring in food from outside businesses, the Club does require an upcharge

fee which will be determined by the Chef. The Club will accommodate the needs of each event to the
best of their abilities. Special orders may require additional costs, which will be the responsibility of the
member. Homemade cakes and desserts are not allowed. Due to health department regulations, food and
beverage not consumed at events become the property of Oak Ridge Country Club. Neither the Client nor
his/her guests may bring to or remove from the premises any food or beverages.
Tastings
Food tastings may be scheduled with the Catering Department after booking your function.
Outside Dessert Items
Any dessert not provided by Oak Ridge Country Club must be obtained from a licensed and insured bak-
ery, and the Client will be charged a $2 per guest fee. This price includes cake cutting and plating if need-
ed. Oak Ridge Country Club cannot be responsible for placement of flowers or decorations on wedding
cakes. Outside candy is allowed provided that event hosts handle the set-up and placement in its entirety.
Any candy that is handled by Oak Ridge Staff will be subject to the $2 per person dessert fee.
Customized Menus
Our Executive Chef welcomes the opportunity to create a customized menu to enhance your event. The
Chef will individually price out customized menus according to member’s requests and needs.
Alcoholic Beverage Service
Bar service may be offered until 12:30 a.m. All bars must close 30 minutes prior to guest departure. All
alcoholic beverages must be provided and served by employees of Oak Ridge Country Club. Alcoholic bev-
erages will not be served to any person under the age of twenty-one (21), or to any person visibly intoxi-
cated. No alcoholic beverages are permitted to leave the facility. In accordance with the laws of our state,
we reserve the right of our trained staff to assess the level of alcoholic consumption and act accordingly,
even if this differs from the original contract. Oak Ridge Country Club reserves the right to card any guest
ordering an alcoholic beverage.
Theft and Damages
Client agrees to be responsible for any damages or theft to the premises, its furniture, fixtures, equipment
and table accessories by guests or employees of other agents utilized by the Client. Oak Ridge Country
Club does not assume responsibility for injury to any persons or damage to or loss of any merchandise,
equipment or personal belongings. Client(s) shall indemnify and hold harmless Oak Ridge Country Club
from and against any and all claims, suits, damages, liabilities, judgments, actions, including all attorneys’
fees to defend such actions, for bodily injury, illness and/or property damage arising from actions and/or
omission of or by Oak Ridge Country Club, Client(s) or its attendees, guests or employees of other agents.
Decorations
The member or host is responsible for all set-up of room decorations for all parties and weddings. This
includes table center pieces, table favors, placecards, chair covers, etc. If you would like Oak Ridge staff
to assist, there will be an additional fee, determined by the Catering Department. Clients are responsi-
ble for the distribution, set-up and collection of all materials and decorations provided by the Client. All
decorations need to be pre-approved by the Catering Department. All candles must be enclosed. Taper or
non-contained candles are not allowed. No tape, nails, pins, tacks, gum, or the like may be directly applied
to or onto the inside or outside walls, ceilings, windows and door glass or frames and beams. No item
may be left overnight and decorations must be removed by the Client or Client’s vendors at the end of the
event, unless other arrangements have been made with the Catering Staff. Oak Ridge Country Club will as-

sume no financial responsibility for any damages or theft of equipment, decorations or personal property.
Please note that sand, birdseed, glitter, rice and confetti may not be used either inside or outside of the
building. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a clean up fee to be determined by management.
Entertainment and Vendors
No entertainment may be scheduled to perform later than 12:30 a.m. Outside vendors are required to va-
cate the facility one hour after the entertainment is concluded. It is the Client’s responsibility to commu-
nicate this information to all of their vendors. Client further agrees to reimburse Oak Ridge Country Club
for personnel costs and other expenses incurred as a result of Client’s failure to comply. entertainoers
must provide proof of insurance and/or sign a “release and hold harmless” prior to your event at ORCC.
Gun Policy
The possession of firearms is forbidden in the Clubhouse and in all areas of the Club grounds.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit will be retained for any space that has been confirmed and subsequently cancelled. How-
ever, the deposit will be refunded if the Club is able to re-book the space reserved. If you cancel after the
club has incurred expense (i.e. after food for the event has been received), you will be charged the amount
of the club’s expense. Catering policies and prices are subject to change at the discretion of Oak Ridge
Country Club without notice.
Deliveries and Storage
Deliveries are to be arranged through the Catering Department and all packages delivered to the Club
should be labeled with the name and date of the function. The Club shall not be responsible for any out-
side vendor’s equipment. All packages and equipment must be removed from the Club immediately after
the scheduled function unless other arrangements are made. Oak Ridge Country Club will assume no
financial responsibility for any damages or theft of equipment, decorations, or personal property.
The Club is not responsible for any gifts brought into the Clubhouse. Prior arrangements should be made
for the removal of gifts on the day of the function.
Smoking Policy
In accordance with the Minnesota Clean Indoor Act, the entire Clubhouse is a non-smoking facility.
Bar/Bat Mitzvah Attendants
Bar and Bat Mitzvahs with children in attendance must have ORCC supply one Children’s Attendant per
fifty (50) children at the cost to the member ($125/each).
Bartenders and Additional Staff
We recommend one bartender per 75 guests. For any functions less than 40 people, we will provide cock-
tail service. Bar sales (host or cash) must meet or exceed $500 per bartender or a bartender fee of $125
will apply.
Coatcheck Attendants are optional at $75 each.
Dining Room Chefs for carving stations or chef performance stations will be billed at $150 per 1.5 hours.
