STEP 1: PLAN YOUR CONTENT
As everyone hears, it is good to plan. This is no exception.
In order to create your website or webpage, you need to plan ahead in some way,
shape, or form. It is the most important step and can be one of the longest time
consuming as well, but in the end, it will be worth it because it will increase the
presence and usability of your site as well as speed up the entire web development
process.

STEP 1: PLAN YOUR CONTENT CONT.
Some key points to keep in mind when you’re planning is to know who your website is
directed to (the audience of your website), to know how to organize your site, and to
keep everything clear and concise to make it understandable.

STEP 2: WIREFRAME YOUR DESIGN
Following planning is usually a rough draft.
Your wireframe is a rough draft, or blueprint/visual representation of your website. It
is important because it gives you and your possible team something to look back on
to and collaborate with during planning and designing. They can be very simple or
very complex, but the purpose of it is to have a visual representation of what you
want your website to look like and how it’ll be organized.

STEP 3: CREATE WEBPAGES
Now, it’s time to put all that planning and design to action!
With bringing that design to life by creating webpages for it, you need to know some
coding languages in order to do so. The most common two that you absolutely need
for your website to look nice would be HTML and CSS. HTML creates the webpages
with the content on it while CSS styles and formats it.

STEP 4: PUBLISH YOUR WEBSITE
Last but not least, to show the world your creation, you need to publish your website!
It’s not hard to publish a website, especially when there are programs, such as
Dreamweaver, that can publish your site for you straight from the program. But first,
you need to have a domain/web address that your filed web pages are going to, so
you can put it on a public-hosted domain server.
