To participate in this program was helpful for me. I have acquired knowledge that I did not have. For
example: my knowledge of technology is not wide. With this course, I have learned about tools that I
can use in my classes, and they can help to accomplish the objectives in the classes. They are:
Diamond9, Crossword, Socrative quizzes, Poll everywhere, and Logitech Presentation Remote. Also, I
have improved my skills to work with the PowerPoint. After this course I have many ideas how I can use,
develop, and improve the contents from my classes. Also, I have in mind how to use any tools, ideas,
technology and quizzes that will help me to improve the product that one needs to deliver to students.
Another important knowledge acquired was to develop the BOPPPS plan. I needed to learn how plan
each objective for each part of the BOPPPS plan, because my preparation and experience come from the
sports, and other countries. Learning how to plan this class in this country at the level of college has
been the better thing that I have learned. Presently, I feel better prepared and have confidence to work
at this level.
In addition, according to what I have acquired and learned, I have been applying this knowledge at the
same time in my classes. For example: I have developed and stated the objectives from my class in more
clear form, and more understandable. My questions are now understandable than before I took the
course. They are clear and without doubt. Also, my tests and quizzes are better formulated, because I
am implementing the knowledges and advice from the course. This knowledge acquired allows for
improvement, and to be a more effective instructor.
What suggestions I can give to you for further professional development opportunities? I do not have
any ideas. Maybe, to implement a specific place where I can go, and continue learning mainly the

technology, to improve and use in my classes, because we know that the technology nowadays has
developed rapidly.
In my opinion, if a person has learned in this course, it has been me. Maybe, for others this course has
not been very important, because they have the knowledge acquired working and studying in this
country, but for me everything in this course has been valuable, helpful and new. I think this course is
good for an adjunct faculty in my condition and situation. Consequently, this course helped me to
improve my language too because I have had read, written and studied a lot.
