Assalamualaikum warahmatullah and best greetings! I am very pleased and proud to welcome you to the fourth auspicious International conference on education research, from the bottom of my heart a warm greeting and peace offered to your presence as participants and presenters in this awaited conference. Here is The 4th International Conference on Education Research (4th InCER) held in Universitas Serambi Mekkah, Banda Aceh, Indonesia during 16 October 2023. One conference after another has been continuing in the scientific world to share new ideas and findings at the regional or international level. This time, Malaysian Teacher Education Academic Council (AKADEMIA) with confidence would like to be a mediator between researchers and enthusiasts of science and knowledge to exchange experiences. The variety of topics presented in this conference is represented in various fields of education, Islamic studies and social research. I therefore, fully hope that this conference, with its scientific papers and research, will benefit all the present participants as I hope that its benefits will reach those who are behind these halls of academics and students. First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to Allah s.w.t for giving me the opportunity to give the words of welcome for this 4th InCER 2023 program book. The fourth International Conference on Educational Research (4th InCER 2023) will take place on 16 October 2023 with the theme Holistic Education Develops Human Dignity. Through research and innovation carried out by researchers at universities, teacher education institutions and schools are expected to emphasize the values and humanities in education, especially when implementing the teaching and learning process in the classroom. We hope through the implementation of curriculum will be able to empower students who are not only knowledgeable but appreciate values and humanities. In this context, PPPM 2013-2025 has been drafted in such a way to face the challenges of education in the 21st century. Values and humanities needs to be nurtured and implemented through the teaching and learning process in the classroom in order to be able to shape strong, moral people, willing to face current challenges and capable of solving conflicts and crises that are always faced. We also hope that the values that are lived will be the basis in shaping human development that is able to accept change and modernization in this century. Through empowering values and humanities, it is hoped to eradicate the social ills that are plaguing today, free individuals and society from the crisis they are facing and finally be able to produce future leaders of the country who are skilled, noble and visionary.
