8.30 am : Aerobics (senamrobik)
9.00 am : Breakfast
9.30 am : Team Building Activities

: Recreational sports activities - adults & children

: Photography session
12.00 pm : Lunch& Dhuhr Prayer
1.00 – 3.00 pm: Free activities/ Water recreational activities
3.00 pm : Return to the mainland, Kota Kinabalu
