F/G frozen storage ( █ Many client’s factory need full renovation, this is the one of them that’s completely changed to most attractive design. Half of the building has been renovated with VIP corridors. The façade of the building is decorated with intricately detailed aluminum panels. █ F/G storage is using AS/RS system for stocking frozen goods. Laboratory building █ Clean cut design 1 storey office building at the front of DC warehouse, plus 1 side of façade decoration is completely changed feeling for whole DC area. █ Just like the R&D center, client needed central laboratory too. The owner’s appearance design requirement is to make it more cuttingedge building. We use clear glass façade that has double layer to make the air insulation which is the service/maintenance corridor. Masterplan & External works design █ Overall layout is complicated, many demolition, relocation and temporary works. 1st phase is expansion of the main sausage factory. This job is finished when whole factory accomplish in 6th phase. █ Interior architecture works is also important. This factory is the 1st client factory that has VIP visitor corridor for production line observation. Which is challenging in some case such as cold room, frozen room that has minus temperature. █ Beside expansion work of production line, this sausage factory need aesthetics design as a prototype model for most new/renovate client’s factory in Thailand.
