My Sorors,
I offer my commitment of excellence to the members of
Grand Chapter, those hailing from the Courageous Central,
Historic Eastern, Fabulous Farwest, Mighty Midwest,
Sensational South Atlantic, Dynamic Southern and Blazing
Southwest Regions. I am honored and humbled to be a slated
candidate for the office of National Secretary, and to have the
opportunity to continue to serve our beloved sisterhood.
The office of National Secretary is charged with the ultimate
responsibility of recording the actions taken by Grand Chapter
at National Convention and capturing the proceedings of the
National Board of Directors. My four-year service as Southern
Regional Director, as well as my five-year tenure on the
National Scholarship and Standards Committee, coupled with
my experience as a state coordinator, chapter president,
committee chair and committee member, all demonstrate
how I am aptly prepared to serve in this position and be a
successful steward and custodian of the organization's
records.
