Golf Renovation Update and What to Expect:
We have our first full month of construction in the books and we are progressing nicely on the golf
course work. Tees, irrigation, cart path work, and improved drainage installations are underway. It is
worth noting that the entire month of November was extremely wet. Construction crews worked
diligently to keep our schedule on path. As we begin to finish holes and open them back up for play, you
will notice where construction has occurred. Due to the invasive amount of work occurring, it will take
several months for each hole to get back to normal playing conditions. Thanks you for your time.

Weekly Golf Course Renovation update:
• Completed holes: None
• Holes currently under construction and closed: Holes 4, 5, and 6.
• Hole(s) next in que for renovation: Hole 3.
• Weekly Notes: 12/19-12/23 crews continued work on Holes 4 and 5. Irrigation is now fully
complete on Hole 5 and transitioning to Hole 4. Due to weather delays and cold temperatures,
crews have been unable to install sod on Holes 5 and 6 so they can re-open. Our plan is to
hopefully get Holes 5 and 6 tees sodded this week. Hole 4 irrigation is proceeding, and tee
remodel is almost complete.
