GOLF COURSE:

Renovations are underway on the irrigation and tee boxes. Holes 5 & 6 are currently
closed, with Hole 4 on deck to begin next. Dead or dying Green Ash trees infested
with Emerald Ash Bore are being removed, and some trees will be strategically
replaced to maintain the aesthetic and play of the course.

GREYTON LANE:

Pool slide materials will be delivered in the coming weeks, and we aim to begin
installation in January '23. We are also working on preliminary designs for the Pool
Renovation that will take place after the '24 pool season.

POOLHOUSE BATHROOM:

We are waiting on Construction Documents from ADW. Once we have received
these documents, we will begin bidding with contractors we have been in touch with.

PICKLEBALL & PARKING:

Our team along with Committee Members came up with a design that retains the
three hard courts, five pickleball courts, entertainment & common space, and other
parking improvements around the site. Once we determine if these designs are
permittable, we plan to have meetings with members to discuss the revised plans

TO COMPLETE A FULL ROUND, ALL PLAY
WILL BEGIN ON HOLE #10.

MORNING TO DETERMINE THE BEST

LOCATION FOR THE PIN. THE PINS WILL
NOT BE PLACED IN THE TRADITIONAL "1, 2,
3, OR 4" POSITIONS THROUGH THE WINTER

HITTING MATS ON THE RANGE
FOR THE COLDER SEASON, WHILE IT IS MORE
DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN AND REGROW TURF,
THE PRACTICE FACILITY WILL USE MAT TEES
FOR MEMBERS TO HIT OFF OF.
