great privilege and blessing to serve the Lord in this ministry. I thank the Lord for His goodness and
faithfulness who led me through.

MISSION REPORT

Praise the Lord and greetings to all LCEC Chair Persons in the matchless name of our Lord and
Savior Jesus Christ. I thank the Lord almighty for his goodness and faithfulness for this great
opportunity given to serve in Mission.

1. MMM GOH project 2021 has been extended to two other countries
currently (Myanmar)

 Newly added (Nepal) & (Sri Lanka)
 We adopted 34 children in this project. Pastors and Leaders, thank you so much for

encouraging the members to give toward this project.

2. Contribution for Nepal Missionaries

 A total of RM1400 was donated towards supporting 2 Nepal Missionaries

3. Souvenirs for Church School children's

 Souvenirs given to Church School children as a token of appreciation for their
contribution in Mission work (shoe box)

1. Visited all church members homes to pray and to do a survey of their immediate needs
2. Distributed groceries to 6 needy families within a budget of RM1000 (approximately
RM150 each family)

1. Financial help was rendered to Mrs. Alagamma Lorance who was going for medical
treatment for her fractured bone (hand). LCEC gave RM400 and RM 600 collected from
members of the church.
2. Received fund from Southern District a sum of RM750 to help groceries for 5 needy
families (RM150 per household)

Activities carried out from Jan – June 2021

 Since MCO has been extended, activities & programs that have been planned are
postponed for this year is affected.

 All the church ministries including worship service are carried out online (zoom).

Upcoming program

 Worship seminar – one of the major activities, could not be done since last year.
 Ps Jeyaseelan John volunteered to help with basic training.
 Date scheduled is 15.8.2021 via zoom.
 All the worship leaders, musicians and choir will be involved.

Topics to cover:
1. Qualifications & preparation (Physical & Spiritual)
2. Selection of songs (long, medley and short choruses)
3. Number of songs according to the time given
4. Theme of your worship
5. Meditation of the songs
6. Order of songs (Confession, Thanksgiving, Praise & Worship)
7. Singing in Spirit and understanding
8. Song practice with musicians
9. Role of musicians, choir and LCD operator

11. Nice tune, fast & slow songs
12. Last minute preparation

The training will take about 4 weeks including practical and discussion.

Plan to set up pastor’s office is on hold due to MCO.

2} VAN REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
a. Periodic service and maintenance of the van
b. Renewed Road Tax

3. Collection under MITE BOX project amounting RM 2,526 .00

4} WORKS TO BE DONE
a. Have to repair van (Repaint Van & Change Cushion)
(We also are planning to get a new van for church transportation)
b. Set up Church Office
(Due to the pandemic we are not able to finish these works )
c. We are also looking for new building or land for church.

May God continue to bless our church to have sufficient music instruments and to purchase
at least one property i.e. a parsonage or a church building.
