03 The more unique, the better. The Apothecary Venue is available for exclusive & unique events holding between 50 to 350 guests. At our “Wonder Room”, a variety of ceremonies can take place, whether it’s a Traditional engagement or a Religious ceremony. After the ceremonials are done, The Bride will make the entrance and walk down the ethereal, ‘Emerald Garden’. Thenceforth, the bride and groom exchanges their wedding vow and rings, and intimate, heartfelt speeches by loved ones are made. The heart of our property is without a doubt the “Luna Hall.” The magnificence of the hall's architecture surely makes the ideal stunning photography. A Majestic space featuring intricately carved oak panelling, imposing glass windows and long banquet-style reception tables, where for one special day, all your friends and families will get to sit and gather together. THE APOTHECARY VENUE TO RESERVE AN EVENT In order to reserve the event , The Apothecary requires a non-refundable advance goodwill deposit of THB 50,000 .- Completed The Apothecary Venue Contract and a copy of Identification card. Payment terms are due upon The Apothecary Venue’s Quotation or Proposal. The Quotation is not subject to cancellation or reduction. The Apothecary Venue reserves the right to refuse a refund on any payment. RENTAL TIME Renter's rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. Additional rental time after the ending time cannot be arranged. OUT-SOURCE VENDORS & SUPPLIERS All decorations and arrangements are based on The Apothecary’ standard design. If the client would like to modify, change or add any additional revisions, an extra charge should be added. Organizer & all decorations must only be prepared by The Apothecary Venue. The Apothecary reserves the right to approve all such out-source vendors, suppliers, decorations and additional payment should be charged. FOOD & BEVERAGES All food and beverages must be prepared by Catering of The Apothecary Venue. All meals are subject to availability, and/or time limitations to ensure the quality of our food and services. All Wedding meals are meals including three (3) hours of service & All Engagement meals are meals including two (2) hours of service. OTHERS Smoking is strictly prohibited at all area of The Apothecary Venue. There is a designated smoking area located in the parking lot.
