I used the Individual Learning
Monitoring Plan to monitor learner
progress based on the given intervention
strategies.
I created a specific tool and
adjustments for intervention depending
upon the needs of the leaners
Intervention was given to the
learners who lag behind as shown by the
results of their performance task and
summative assessments and it gives
positive results and students were able to
comply with the intervention given
By providing intervention strategies
for certain period, the Individual Learning
Monitoring Plan serves as the document
that will show if the learner has shown
either mastery of the learning
competencies, significant progress, or
insignificant progress.

ON WHLP
I based the WHLP in the Learning
Modules provided by the DepEd and
adjustments were made lessening the activities
and identified the activities on the Modules
into two the performance task and the written
output .
There were no changes made on the
competencies , learning objectives, perfomance
objectives and learning tasks were strictly
based on the Melc's provided by DepEd since
there is a memo no changes shall be applied.
The material needs more precision and quality
assurance.The complexityof contents to meet
the learning needs of my students.

Our school implement Modular Distance Learning
(MDL)in order to achieve this Learning Delivery
Modalities. Our school provides the printed modules for
learnerd and retrieval of Answer Sheets twice in a month.
As a teacher I created innovations and teacher made
materials,I conducted an Online survey to assess the
students who have an internet connection so that I can shift
into blended learning ( a combination of MDL and Online
learning) and it went out positively.
I encourage those students who havethe internet
access to submit their output in Google Classroom, Fb page
and thru messenger, I created a quiz on the quizzalize and
google quiz for the students to easily access and submit their
output online
As a teacher it is much easier for me and very
convenient because it lessen my time to check the papers and
their output using google quiz.
the students who have no internet access I continue to
encourage them that despite of thier inability to access the
internet access an equal assessment will be made whether it
is modular Distance Leanring or Online Learning.

In this New Normal situation that
everything changes and fast pacing of technology
as a teacher I have to improve and enhanced my
computer literacy in order not be left behind .
I have attended the National Inset that
focuses on Asynchronous and Synchronous
Learning how to used the Media as a teaching
platform. The only permanent in this world is
change and it is inevitable. Leaning is a continous
process therefore self improvement and enhancing
yourself as a teacher to be able to adapt on the
changes going on ,we have to embrace the system.

Reflective Summary
Portfolios are intended to evaluate learning progress and
achievement in a specific course, by completing my portfolio in LAC
sessions about LDMs, I am now ready for the challenge of the new
normal way of teaching. Application of what I have learned in the
LDM 1& 2 enables me to embrace and accept the New Normal in
Education.
My portfolio will serve as evidences of my teaching and it
will clearly show my improvements as well as tracking the leaner's
progress and giving them feedbacks in a positive manner encourages
not only the learners but also the teachers that whatever problems
may arise it will guide and keep me on the right track.
I learned about making individual development plan,self
monitoring plan of the student progress despite of the limitations of
access, by this I can now assess my weakness and strength in terms
of my teaching practices. One of the best example is analyzing to
what domain do I need to focus more and make a development plan
for that.
In every work or task given it must have a reflection within.
Making of it is an integral part because it serves as a compilation of
our knowledge and understanding towards the topic. It also
measures our affectivenees and even our consciousness and
judgement as an educator.
Self Assessment and reflection is an integral part because it
improves us and give us insights , ideas, analysis, comments/
suggestions about the particular task which can be a road to change
or improvement.
Every job is a SELF -PORTRAIT of the person who does it
autograph your work with excellence..(author unknown) Continous
improvement is better than delayed perfection.
