Graduates
“Northrop encourages graduates to get out
and about, whether that’s going to site,
carrying out site inspections or attending
design meetings. This early exposure
helped me to grow as a graduate and has
provided a solid foundation on which to
build my career.

NORTHROP UNIVERSITY
Don’t worry, this doesn’t involve more study! Northrop University is our
internal graduate development program.
Developed in conjunction with the Engineers Australia Chartered Process,
the program ensures that you are receiving the right training and acquiring
the skills you need to become a competent, well-rounded and responsible
consulting engineer.
Tailored to your discipline, the program provides a checklist of technical
and non-technical competencies to work towards.
It will help you manage and track your engineering development and career
