It’s time to reinvent ourselves, innovate and think
differently, the future is full of opportunities

After the hard months lived in the spring of 2020, Grupo Antolin launched an Internal Communication campaign at the end of June with the
aim of motivating all employees and encouraging them in the task of continuing to build the future together. WE ARE ALL ANTOLIN
An initiative that highlighted the importance of the interior, both of our business, the interior of the car, like that of people,
since it is inside where the talent is found.
We thank the participants who submitted their ideas, many of them are very interesting projects to develop or improve
within the process of transformation of the company and the future of mobility.
Once again, it is proven that our best asset is our team, our people, because we are a great family.

Grupo Antolin is a leading multinational in the manufacture of car interiors globally. It currently has four business units:
Overheads, Cockpits & Doors, Lighting & HMI and Electronic Systems. The company is present in one of every three vehicles
produced worldwide and has over 150 factories in 26 countries and over 30,000 employees.
