The project aimed to construct a mixed use high rise building consisting of offices and service apartments in the central disctrict of Hong Kong Island. The existing building, built in the 70’s, dosent maximise the current allowed GFA of the plot. Given the prime location, and the under utilised available, the owner set to study the possibilities of another building volume that can provide a better ROI while creating landmark in a critical urban point.
