Conversation Details

• How many AOIIs will each PNM talk to?
• Each PNM will talk to two AOIIs.

• Explain the system used to match the PNMs and the AOII(s) they will talk to.
• AOII members will be able note which PNMs they would like to speak to during Preference
as they meet new PNMs throughout recruitment.
• Each PNM will speak to two AOIIs she has met before.
• The MS Committee will use notes made throughout the week to match each PNM to an
AOII who will pick her up at the door for Conversation 1 and an AOII who will hold
Conversation 2 and exit.
• Matches will be finalized the day of Preference prior to the first party

• Accessories: Name tag, simple stud earrings, or simple gold jewelry
• Hygiene: Deodorant, light scents, clean and feeling your best

• Clothing: Red dresses or red/pink tops and white bottoms

• Polish: Hair and make up done with nails polished or clean/natural

and coral colored macarons
• Food will be available on cocktail tables and drinks will be served by
floaters during the first conversations (prior to ceremony)

complete set up, and will stay to clean up following the final party
