Confess To Your Senpai
Valentine’s Fudge

Contributed by Krista Dotterer

Ingredients

16 Semi-Sweet Baking 1 Sweetened 2 Vanilla
oz Chocolate can Condensed Milk tsp

Directions

Step 1

Prep a 13” x 9” pan with parchment paper. (Alternatively, use a silicone mold, metal
disposable pan, or other container that bends, or fudge will be difficult to remove.)

Step 2

Place chocolate and condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until chocolate
is melted, stopping to stir every minute. This typically takes around 2.5 minutes, depending
on your microwave. Add vanilla.

Step 3

Stir vigorously. This may require a bit of elbow grease, but force is needed to form the
sugar crystals that make fudge delicious. Once the fudge begins to lose its shine, spread
in prepared pan with a spatula until flat. Top with sprinkles, candy, or nuts if desired.
Lightly push down on toppings with spatula so that they stick.

Step 4
Place in fridge for one hour or until hardened.

Step 5

Remove from fridge and let set for about 10 minutes before cutting, otherwise the fudge
will be hard as a rock and hard to cut. Once ready, cut into squares or desired shape.

Step 6

Place in fun packaging if desired. Give to your favorite senpai on Valentine’s Day. Or eat
yourself, if preferred. The recipe does make enough for 20 servings - so plenty to go around!
