Nirmaan is a not-for-profit organization started by a group of BITS-Pilani University students
in 2005 with a passion to make India a developed Nation. One of the Flagship projects
of Nirmaan is Vidya HelpLine, which is an innovative initiative, through which students
can seek career guidance, choose and realize their dream careers. So far more than
1,50,000+ students have been supported through toll free tele counseling helpline and
career counseling workshops.
We are here to help you become successful in your life by guiding you to realize what you
are really good at and help you to take up careers in the area of your interest. In this context I
would like to share the mantra to be successful in your career in three simple steps:

• Identify what your interest is and choose a career of your interest. All major achievers
in the world are those who have very keen interest in what they do and they made it
as their life. Have a role model in the career you choose.
• DREAM BIG in whatever you choose and give your best shot. If you choose to be
come a doctor aspire to give the best treatment to your patients, if you wish to be
come a civil engineer aspire to construct a bridge which your grand children’s grand
children can also safely travel on, if you choose to become a chef, aspire to cook the
best food to the customers in the entire world.
