Activities & bookings

• There were 120 face to face sessions covering 36 different learning and development activities provided during this year some of which were solely for internal staff
and others were attended by PVI’s . 55% these courses were delivered by Brent Staff. Internal delivery was not only by the QDT but also by other SME within the
Council

• In 16/17 there were 1928 available places and a take up 66.34%. Internal attendance was 62% of places available and external attendance 38%. External
attendance includes PVI, agency staff, and CNWL staff

• 100% completion rate of ASYE and we had a 75% retention rate of NQSW’s going through the ASYE programme

Blended Learning

• There are 34 E-Learning courses on the Learning hub aimed at ASC. Of these 88% were completed and 12% are in progress
• Making research count has expanded the offer of training hosted and during 2016-17 we received bookings for 3 conferences and 19 seminar places and calculate

that, had we not been members of Making Research Count, these would have come to £4,440 - at £245/person/conference and £195/person/seminar
• There are 195 staff registered with Care Knowledge and in 16/17 there were 1451 logons and 2409 page views
