INTRODUCTION

Larry Gerwig

Creative Contractors, Inc.

Larry Gerwig’s experience and exceptional credentials in the Florida market
have enhanced his capabilities for negotiations, client consultation, and value
engineering. He is an owner of the company and will insure that the objectives
of the YMCA are being met by Creative’s staff.

Kevin Smith, AIA, LEED AP

Project Manager

Kevin Smith is a Principal and Senior Vice President of FleischmanGarcia with
more than 30 years of experience. Throughout his time with
FleischmanGarcia, he has developed an expertise in facilities that range from
simple county park playgrounds to state-of-the-art gymnastics facilities
catering to Olympic hopefuls. In addition, he has extensive experience with
community and recreation centers and various branch YMCAs including YMCA
of the Suncoast and Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA. Kevin received his LEED
Professional Accreditation in October of 2007.

Mark Rogers, AIA

Project Architect

Mark joined FleischmanGarcia in 2002 as a Senior Project Manager with more
than 35 years of experience in a variety of project types including new
construction, additions and renovations. He has been project manager and
involved in the design, preparation of construction drawings and construction
administration for a number of public projects including commercial,
administrative, educational and industrial projects.

Keenan Johnson, LEED GREEN
ASSOCIATE
Designer

Keenan Johnson joined FleischmanGarcia in 2013. As a Graduate Design
Professional, Keenan has worked on both new construction and renovation
projects providing construction documents, coordinating with project teams
and consultants, as well as assisting with construction administration.
