Feature Project

JACKSONVILLE MEDICAL MALL

Jacksonville Medical Mall is the fourth medical project Bandes has completed for Gari Capital Partners. It's a renovation
of a two-story, 46,000 SF Lifestyle Family Fitness building into an AHCA-Certified medical center. The construction is being
completed in three phases to speed up occupancy, with the final phase scheduled for completion early 2022.
Bandes demolished the existing building down to the red iron and roof deck. All MEP work is brand-new, as well as an
entirely new façade and high-end finishes. It will feature half a dozen surgical suites as well as extensive medical office
space. A grand spiral stair with glass railing is the centerpiece of the interior design.
Other medical projects that Bandes has completed for Gari Partners is a 6,000 SF ACHA-certified surgery center in Sun City,
a 8,000 SF AHCA-certified surgery center in West Palm Beach, and two other standard medical offices in Merrit Island and
Orlando.

SMARTCARE SURGERY PALM HARBOR

SmartCare Surery Palm Harbor is the third project Bandes has completed for Alexander Orthopedic Associates. This
design-build, two-story project totals 20,255 SF and is located at the corner of Belcher Road and Nebraska Avenue in Palm
Harbor, Florida. As of March 2021, we have just poured the slab and are excited to go vertical.
