What is Plantar Fasciitis?

Plantar Fasciitis occurs when the plantar fascia is placed under excessive stress and strain
causing inflammation of the tissue and pain. The two most common sites of pain are on the
inside of the arch and the inside of the sole of the heel. Spenco® Footwear Full Contact
Comfort™ footbed helps you reduce the risk of getting plantar fasciitis and alleviates the
discomfort if you already have it, no matter what the cause. Spenco® Insoles and Footwear
