A M Joynes Standard DC Distribution Boards

Our Standard range of DC Distribution products cater for all aspects of the
Telecoms Power Distribution requirements.

From smaller 300A single input wall mounting 10 way distribution, to 1200A dual
Input floor standing 40 way distribution boards .

We also have a range of Battery fused transition boxes, along with a range of battery
low volt disconnects to protect your batteries from being damaged through deep
discharge.

All of our boards have a unique facility allowing all the outgoing circuits to be “hot
swappable”, without the need to power down.

Ample cable space , with suitable containment, always being provided to ensure a
neat and easy installation for the power engineers.

Various metering options are available throughout the range, from simple analogue
metering, to full digital multi-metering with comms output, for web browsing.

Having a large copper holding, with all ancillary materials in stock, we can offer a
bespoke service with quick turn arounds, if our Standard Range doesn't suit your

17 Battery LVD Units

• Wall mounting Battery low volt disconnector 630A through to 1600A
• Protects battery from deep discharge (disconnects at 41.6V)
• Accepts 2 off up to 400mm2 cables to and from battery
• In built time delay to prevent reclosure of LVD upon disconnect

(battery may rejuvenate temporarily on disconnect)
• Adjustable pick up and drop off settings (factory set 41.6V drop, 51.5V pick up)
• Off / Auto key switch to test / Isolate battery.
• Fully insulted IP67 enclosure with viewing window
• Volt free alarm contacts, N/O and N/C prewired to terminals
• Battery fuse being a fuse switch type for ease and safety of removal
