Rafael Ramirez

Director
Rafael Ramirez is a key asset in expanding Newlink’s offerings to clients by adding
the full scope of digital and advertising-related services to the company’s already
comprehensive areas of expertise
Over the course of his career, Mr. Ramirez has developed and directed creative work
for some of the world’s most recognized brands including Citibank, Coca-Cola,
Motorola, Nextel, Black & Decker, Toyota, McDonald’s, Comcast, Time Warner, Sprint,
Tecate, Mead Johnson and many others.
Prior to joining Newlink, Mr. Ramirez was the president and CCO of Inspire, an
independent, full-service adverting and communications agency focused on the
multicultural consumer. Before that, he held the position of VP Creative Director with
Conill Saatchi & Saatchi in Miami, one of the industry’s premier marketing and
creative communications agency for the multicultural marketplace.
Mr. Ramirez launched his advertising career as an intern with Leo Burnett assigned
to account work for P&G and Kellogg’s. He advanced to the position of copywriter
with McCann Erickson.

Elizabeth is a communication specialist who works closely with clients to develop
and execute social media strategies that are aligned with each brand’s goals.
Elizabeth’s knowledge and 7+ years of experience in digital and social media,
combining expertise gained in the U.S. as well as Europe, brings a valuable asset to
the digital marketing team. Elizabeth has worked with clients among many
categories including food & beverage, pharma, fashion, retail, tourism, to name a
few. She has spearheaded advertising and social media campaigns for clients
including Loreal, Roche, El Corte Ingles, among others leading brands into the social
first world.
Prior to Newlink, Elizabeth honed her communications skills in several recognized
agencies in the US, Venezuela and Spain where she developed integrated
advertising campaigns, social media strategies and integrated marketing plans to
help her clients engage with their target audience.

Alejandra Labanca
Content Development
Ms. Labanca is a seasoned journalist with more than 20 years of experience crafting
compelling, engaging stories for global organizations. She is constantly exploring
the possibilities offered by new and emerging technologies for communicating
brand stories in fresh ways.
She launched her career as a reporter in Buenos Aires at El Cronista Comercial,
Argentina’s first business daily.
Her experience includes 8 years as the Latin American editor for Thomson Reuters,
one of the world’s leading and most trusted sources of news and intelligence for
business. There she covered a diverse range of topics and industry sectors, from
finance, politics and technology to science, sports and entertainment. Working
across a broad spectrum of information and news categories, including economic
crises and national disasters, she demonstrated a talent for identifying the story
angles with the highest impact. She further refined her ability to adapting stories
for specific audiences during her three-year stint as assistant world editor at the
Miami Herald.

The measurement guide will help capture core metrics including all earned,
traditional and nontraditional media while establishing consistent, sustainable
method for collecting and reporting results,
• Bi-weekly status meeting: Newlink presents a bi-weekly status meeting either
over the phone or in person detailing the status of all activities on behalf of
Amazon, including coverage opportunities, media insertions, press releases,
event management, event activations, social and digital media, and more.
• Monthly clip report: an excel sheet that gives a by-the-numbers report on the
media coverage secured. Each placement is detailed by outlet, publish date,
circulation/viewership and Ad and PR values. A copy of all clips obtained are
compiled into PDF and interactive web format.
• Measuring and Reporting across digital platforms: When it comes to measuring
the impact and efficiency of our strategies across digital channels, Newlink's
approach is data-centric. We address KPI measuring and reporting from
