Recommended Event Services

To ensure the transportation at your event is seamless and expertly coordinated, we may include
one or more of the following services:
Coordinators: Coordinators are the on-site staff assigned to groups of 40 passengers or more, or
two large vehicles or more. They manage staged vehicles to ensure they are on time and at
appointed locations; verify that drivers are familiar with itinerary and destination; ensure that all
passengers are accounted for and act as liaison to event coordinator, meeting planner or client
contact.
Lead coordinator: Lead coordinators are the most senior on-site point person and your main point
of contact. They manage coordinators and schedule vehicles as well as other coordinators. They also
ensure that last-minute requests and client changes are fulfilled.
Signage: Standard signs with your company name are complimentary. Additional graphic
requests with logo inclusion may incur additional cost. Signs, manifests, and greeter material copies
will be billable at cost and shipping plus 30 % admin fees for meetings or events.
Management Fee: Company reserves the right to add reservation and management fees equal
to 20% of the entire program if the event increases substantially in the number of attendees and/or
vehicle requirements. Any such fees will be communicated to the Client and documented for
approval.
Travel Desk: $500 per 10 hr shift per person (exclusive of travel and lodging expenses such
as airfare, hotel, parking, car rental, etc.)
