Hungry caterpillars
Rules:
Divide into teams of 4 to 6 players;
each team member gets a hula hoop
With members standing inside the hoops (caterpillar)
Team moves around room collecting as many items as possible
Moving the caterpillar: the last person who steps into the
hoop passes the one they just the into to the front person
Only the front caterpillar can pick up the items

Rules
15 flags are distributed two one of the teams
Second team attempts to steal flag from other
team without get time there own pulled
If student is tagged by opposing team they are
frozen until same team member comes and
unfreezes them

Hula hoop hot potato
Rules:
Groups of 4 each being given a hula hoop and one or more bean bags
Shaping the hula-hoops into a square students will put the bag in the
middle of the hoop
On go students will hold plank position with hands inside hoop
Objective: stay in plank position while using one hand to throw bag into
other players hoop simultaneously keeping bags out of your own hoop
Goal is to have as few hops in you hoop when timer runs out

variation With student placed inside throwing pit/ring player must throw ball or bean bags
Have safety rings; students can stand inside rings to be safe until another student comes; one student at a time
in safety ring
The remanding students must run in the same direction outside the perimeter of the mats trying not to get hit
Whenever student is hit below the waist they become an additional thrower

Class divided into four teams only two
participating at a time
Two racing teams must sit in kneel down in one
like grabbing the ankle of the person in front of
you
Team must scooch along withought letting go of
the persons leg in front of you

Rules
Place foam balls across the gym with each player having their own pin
Person must protect own pin and try nocking down other players pins
If pin is knocked down then you are out
As more people get out players move pins closer together

Rules
Groups of four with one player being it
Three students form a triangle using 3 noodles: two the same color one a
different
Three students must hold triangle with noodles
Fourth student tries to tag the student at the top of the triangle (where
two of the same color meet with there noodle

Bow: run to the front wall
-Stern: run to the back wall
-Starboard: run to the right wall
-Port: run to the left wall
-Submarine: lie on the ground on your back
-Swab the deck: on one knee scrubbing the floor
-Hit the deck: on the ground, stomach down
-Captain’s coming: Stand at attention

one person is five a scooter other students are place on the island
Student with scooter is going around collecting mats to place with
islanders
Mats are the only means of transportation off the island
Once all team members safely cross the ocean without touching

HOW TO PLAY:
Students lay around gyms outside
wall with legs against wall
Using an exercise ball students have
to pass to ball using the wall and
there feet.
Once ball has passed each student
must get up and run to the end of
the line
Objective : students must all travel
with the ball around gym fast
