CODE OF CONDUCT

GIFTS POLICY

Staff members should not accept, offer or give gifts, payments or other forms of financial
compensation that are against of the Code of Conduct.

Gifts are permitted if they are:
•reasonably considered to be made as a matter of general and accepted business practice;
•reasonable (not lavish or extravagant).
Gifts are NOT permitted if they are:
•intended to change a business decision;
•frequent;
•violating any applicable law, rule or regulation;
•expected to harm the reputation of Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts ;

In certain cultures gift giving is customary however, make sure that the gift could not be
