ber 2014 until December 2017; the Deputy President
(Academic & Technology) of UniKL f rom 2018 un-
til 2021; and the Acting President/CEO of UniKL f rom
August 2020 until June 2021. He obtained his PhD
in 2008 in Communication Network Security f rom
the department of Electrical and Electronics Engi-
neering Department, Loughborough University, UK.

Prof. Dr. Shahrulniza Musa is a Full Professor at the Cy-
bersecurity and Technological Convergence Section of
Universiti Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Institute of Informa-
tion Technology (UniKL MIIT) who obtained a PhD in the
f ield of Communication Network Security f rom Lough-
borough University, UK in 2008. He had previously held
several top management positions at the university
namely as the Dean of Malaysian Institute of Informa-
tion Technology (MIIT) f rom October 2014 to Decem-
ber 2017, Deputy President for Academic & Technology,
UniKL f rom 2018 to 2021 and Acting President/CEO of
UniKL f rom August 2020 to June 2021. Prof. Shahrulniza
is currently serving as the Vice-Chairman of the Security,
Trust and Privacy Working Group and also as the Chair-
man of the IoT Security Sub-Working Group of Malaysian
Technical Standards Forum Bhd (MTSFB) which he had
held since 2018 at the national level. His research inter-
est includes CyberSecurity, IoT security, Blockchain and
BigData and he has published more than 90 papers in
academic peer-review publications in his research area.

knologi Malaysia and her Bachelor Degree (B.Sc) also
f rom Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. In 2017, she involved
in “Facial Identif ication System” project with CyberSecu-
rity Malaysia as the Project Coordinator and in 2014, she
is the Project Leader for MARA SGPIM Research Grant
with project title “Hybrid Authentication System” in 2014.

Mrs Herny Ramadhani is a Senior Lecturer in the In-
formation System Department at Universiti Kuala
Lumpur Malaysian Institute of Information Technol-
ogy. She currently served as Section Head Quality As-
surance. Generally she teaches computer and infor-
